Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1212 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
The 1212 platform is exclusively for users aged 18 years of age and above. Registration by individuals under this age is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. 1212 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the 1212 platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account active on the 1212 platform. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by another party who gains access due to your negligence.
You must notify the 1212 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Using a strong, unique password and keeping it confidential at all times is strongly recommended.
Users are prohibited from the following actions:
- Registering using a false identity or impersonating another person
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or exploit the platform
- Engaging in any action that may damage, overload, or disrupt the operation of the platform
- Sharing login credentials with any third party under any circumstances
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Payment Methods & Currency
All transactions on the 1212 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local deposit methods such as Touch 'n Go, FPX, and domestic Malaysian bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are personally owned.
1212 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit attempt using an account or card not belonging to the registered user may result in the transaction being rejected and the account being investigated.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account registered under the same user's name. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits or where suspicious activity is detected.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days. 1212 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems.
Liability Limitation & Disclaimer
The 1212 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running consistently and reliably, we make no guarantees that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or temporary downtime for maintenance purposes.

Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that all betting decisions are solely the personal responsibility of the user.

Account Suspension & Closure
1212 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of terms, fraud, misuse, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:
- Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or gain an unfair advantage
- Identity fraud or providing false information during registration
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities
- Actions that disrupt the experience of other users on the platform
- Any action that violates applicable Malaysian law
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any balance associated with bonuses or suspected fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Legitimate personal deposit balances will be processed in accordance with platform procedures once the investigation is concluded.
